Buying a bathroom TV from Aquatek is easy. And because your new TV comes with a two-year warranty as standard, it’s reassuring too.

Delivery

We do everything we can to make sure your television is sent out within one working day of the day you order it. That’s just subject to the item/s being in stock. We only use an insured 24-hour delivery service for all items that we send within mainland UK. So that means you’ll get your television the next working day, before 5.00pm. Guaranteed.

If you’re in Scotland, Northern Ireland or the Channel Islands, it might take up to 48-hours after dispatch.

We can ship all over the world, but delivery times do vary considerably. We recommend you give us a call before you order so we can give you a more accurate delivery date estimate. All shipping costs stated are inclusive of VAT. Please note that overseas customers are liable for any import taxes or duties levied on the shipment.

We charge a flat-rate delivery fee of £15.00 inc.VAT to all UK addresses. For international deliveries – we charge based on the actual weight; for an accurate quotation – please use the shipping calculator in the cart. To keep things nice and simple, we’ll automatically calculate the exact price and best shipping method for you at checkout.

Important: please check your order when it arrives

Check your order before the delivery driver leaves. That way, if you have any problems or queries, you can report them straightaway.

If there is any damage, please reject it and ask the driver to deliver it back to us. We will then make a claim on the damaged goods so we can reimburse you quickly.

Let us know if you would like a tracking number so that you can track your order up to delivery.

Warranty

All our products come with a 2-year full manufacturer’s warranty (from the date of original purchase). Proof of purchase will be required to qualify for the warranty. The warranty can’t be transferred to a second owner if the TV is sold on within the 2-year warranty period.

As part of our warranty agreement we will take liability for collecting faulty items, and liability for any replacements and repairs. We are not liable for any costs that are incurred by third party companies, including: builders, electricians or audio visual installers.

If the product has been tampered with or modified the warranty will be void.

Returns Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, just return it to us within 7 days for a full refund. The product must be in a ‘brand new’ condition.

‘Brand new’ condition means the item is in exactly the same condition as you received it. It must be returned in the original box/packaging, and include any supplementary items that were included.

Please email or call us to let us know if you need to return a TV. We’ll arrange for a courier to collect the unwanted item at an agreed time and location. This will be free of charge.

You are only liable for paying for the original delivery charges. This will be deducted from the original purchase amount. Please allow 7-14 working days for us to process your refund.

We insure all items in transit. So, in the unlikely event that an item is damaged on route to you, you can decide if you would prefer a replacement or full refund.

We urge you to check your order on delivery to confirm the goods have arrived safely. Any problems with the order need to be reported back to the delivery driver. We cannot claim on the damaged goods unless the item has been rejected.

Please report the incident to us as soon as possible after the item has been delivered to help avoid any loss of compensation.
